All pricing listed online are an estimate guide only. This subject to change depending on our guests unique hair requirements and hair history.
Some hair journeys may require extra TLC and time. If unsure where to start we recommend scheduling a consultation to discuss your inspiration, timeline, availability and budget.
It is essential that during you’re consult you are completely honest with you stylist when it comes the hair’s service history as some services are incompatible and may result in undesirable results. We hold the right to refuse or deny service if we do not believe the service is appropriate.
All colouring services will require a blow dry or haircut. This ensures expected colour results for both our guest and stylist. We extend a 7 day offer to our guests who invest in there home care from the salon to contact us directly for a courtesy adjustment if any further editing is required. If the hair has been worked by another stylist, salon or home job then guests will forfeit any claim to a redo or reimbursement.

All new installations will require 50% non-refundable retainer to order the hair bespoke for your needs.
We recommend all new clients with existing extensions to purchase new hair at their appointment. As we cannot guarantee the quality of hair sourced elsewhere or previously used.
For weft clients we do not recommend “express” or mini move ups, and prefer to do a complete removal and reinstallation for the well being of your natural hair and scalp’s health.

We recommend arriving 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to secure parking.
There is street parking available on Pacific Hwy but we recommend parking in the Library carpark on Ridley St, Charlestown.

Upon arrival let us know if you require a silent or minimal noise appointment due to work from home responsibilities or simply prefer a quiet experience.
The Salon space is fit out with desk space for laptop use. We also invite guests to bring along earphones if necessary
Complimentary WIFI is available.

As we share the space with other salon staff, we ask when possible to leave the little ones at at home. This is so both businesses can focus on their guests and their services.
Additional time required to tend to children during a scheduled visit may incur a charge.
An additional guest is permitted to attend during your consult i.e. a parent or friend. Once service begins they are welcome to head over to Charlestown Square and can return once service is completed.
Unfortunately as we are working within a shared space. We are not able to accommodate dogs within the salon at this time.

Life happens, we understand! If you’re running late or no longer able to attend your appointment we ask that contact us as soon as possible so we can assess the situation. A minimum of 48 hours notice is required, failure to do so will result a cancellation fee of $100 or loss of retainer paid.
Guests who ‘no-show’ their appointment will incur a fee of 50% the total of services booked.
In instances where guests are running late we may need to simplify services to remain on schedule and minimise delays for other patrons. If running more than 20 minutes late, the appointment will need to be rescheduled.
We ask that all guests are mindful that as an independent stylist (booked by appointment only); failing to attend your appointment not only effects our livelihood, but directly inhibits appointments from other guests.
